The bachelor's programme in Clinical Research Management
Clinical studies are a central building block for the further development and improvement of the healthcare system. Developers of pharmaceuticals, medical products/technologies and complex interventions depend on their innovations being tested in patient-oriented research, under controlled conditions and in compliance with the highest safety standards.
To ensure compliance with guidelines, patient well-being and the quality of results, well-trained study personnel are essential.
This degree programme provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to plan and organise clinical studies and to ensure that they are conducted properly and in accordance with the rules. It also lays the scientific foundation for advising those involved in the study process and for mediating in interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams.
Key features of the bachelor's programme:
- All courses are taught in a hybrid format, combining online and in-person teaching.
- Excellent development prospects in all areas of clinical research: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, complex interventions and therapeutic methods.
- Content is practice-relevant, making the programme attractive to employers in industry and academia.
- Compulsory attendance only for exams: approx. 2-3 days per semester.
