The part-time Master's degree programme in Health and Diversity at Work

Organisations employ people of different ages and genders, from different cultural backgrounds and with different levels of health. They are in phases of life with varying demands. These diverse workforces require companies to be flexible and able to reconcile performance requirements with individual needs and to keep employees healthy and productive. This requires professional coordination of conflicting demands and successful communication.
The alumnuses are qualified to design, implement and evaluate demand-oriented, forward-looking and integrative concepts for managing the way companies deal with the topics of Health and Diversity Studies.
